DRIED TOMATOES IN OIL

Gastronomic product suitable as an appetizer, it is also recommended for filling wraps, rustic pies, crepes, omelettes, grilled vegetable and meat rolls.

The shelf life of the packaged product is 24 months from the date of production and packaging.
Store in a cool and dry place, away from sources of light and heat.
After opening, keep the product in the fridge, covered by oil and use within 4 days.

Raw material arrival (ITALIAN ORIGIN), washing, sorting, blanching, acidification, placing in jars, filling with oil, closing jars, pasteurization, labeling, storage.
The raw materials are processed following processing sheets and the product is made according to formalized recipes.

Ingredients: Rehydrated dried tomatoes (66%), extra virgin olive oil (30%), salt,
wine vinegar (contains sulphites) , garlic, parsley, chilli.

The product contains the following allergens : sulphites
The factory handles: milk derivatives, fish derivatives, nuts, sulphites.
Specific procedures are followed in the production plant to avoid any cross-contamination from raw materials and ingredients containing allergens.
