JAM OF APPLES, POMEGRANATE AND GINGER

Excellent homemade jam. Spread on toast or rusks for breakfast, or it can be used as a topping for cakes, tarts and various desserts.

The shelf life of the packaged product is 36 months from the date of production and packaging.
Store in a cool and dry place, away from sources of light and heat.
After opening, keep refrigerated and use within 5 days.

Washing and cleaning of quince fruit, extraction of pomegranate juice, cutting and mixing of other ingredients, boiling, hot filling by hand in jars, pasteurization with hot filing method, final jar washing, labeling.
The raw materials are processed following processing sheets and the product is made according to formalized recipes.

Ingredients: Apple 45%, pomegranate juice 25%, sugar, 2% ginger, pectin.

The product does not contain allergens.
The factory handles: milk derivatives, fish derivatives, nuts, sulphites.
Specific procedures are followed in the production plant to avoid cross-contamination from raw materials and ingredients containing allergens.
