PESTO ROCKET AND ALMONDS

Gastronomic product suitable for seasoning pasta.
It is recommended to add it to bechamel and mozzarella is excellent for dressing lasagna.
Also suitable for filling wraps, pies, crepes, omelettes, grilled vegetable and meat rolls.

Storage conditions: The shelf life of the packaged product is 24 months from the date of production and packaging.
Store in a cool and dry place, away from sources of light and heat.
After opening, keep the product in the fridge, covered with a film of oil.

The locally produced vegetables are cleaned, washed, blanched, centrifuged and chopped with the addition of the other ingredients. The product is subsequently placed in jars, which are then
pasteurized, washed and labeled. The raw materials are processed following processing cards and the
product is made according to formalized recipes.

Ingredients: Rocket (57%), sunflower oil and extra virgin olive oil, potatoes, almonds (6%) Grana Padano ( milk, salt, rennet, egg lysozyme), salt, garlic.
Acidity regulator: citric acid
Antioxidant: ascorbic acid


The product contains the following allergens : almonds , milk derivatives, egg derivatives .
The factory handles: milk derivatives, fish derivatives, nuts.
Specific procedures are followed in the production plant to avoid any cross-contamination from raw materials and ingredients, containing allergens, with no residues.
