PUMPKIN AND ALMOND PESTO

Gastronomic product suitable for seasoning pasta. It is recommended to add it to the béchamel and mozzarella is excellent for seasoning lasagna. Also suitable for filling wraps, pies, crepes, omelettes, grilled vegetable and meat rolls.

The shelf life of the packaged product is 36 months from the date of production and packaging.
Store in a cool and dry place, away from sources of light and heat.
After opening, keep the product in the fridge, covered with a film of oil.

The pumpkins, of local production, are peeled, washed, blanched, centrifuged and chopped with the addition of the other ingredients. The product is subsequently placed in jars, which are then
pasteurized, washed and labeled. The raw materials are processed following processing sheets and the product is made according to formalized recipes.

Ingredients : Pumpkin (65%), sunflower and extra virgin olive oil, chopped almonds (4.5%), onion, ginger, salt, turmeric.

Acidity regulator: citric acid
Antioxidant: ascorbic acid

The product contains the following allergens : almonds.
The factory handles: milk derivatives, egg derivatives, fish derivatives, nuts.
Specific procedures are followed in the production plant to avoid any cross-contamination from raw materials and ingredients, containing allergens, with no residues.
