Gastronomic product suitable for seasoning pasta. It is recommended to add it to béchamel and mozzarella, it is excellent for dressing lasagna. Also suitable for filling wraps, pies, crepes, omelettes, grilled vegetable and meat rolls.
The shelf life of the packaged product is 36 months from the date of production and packaging.
Store in a cool, dry place away from sources of light and heat.
After opening, keep the product in the fridge, covered with a film of oil.
The locally produced vegetables are peeled, washed, blanched, centrifuged and minced with the addition of the other ingredients. The product is subsequently placed in jars, which are then pasteurised, washed and labeled. The raw materials are processed following processing sheets and the product is made according to formalized recipes.
Ingredients: Turnip tops (75%), sunflower oil and extra virgin olive oil, salt, chilli pepper, garlic
Acidity regulator: citric acid
Antioxidant: ascorbic acid
The product does not contain allergens.
In the factory we handle: milk derivatives, egg derivatives, fish derivatives, nuts. Specific procedures are followed in the production plant to avoid any cross-contamination from raw materials and ingredients, containing allergens, with no residues.
